Before starting a building project we supply extensively developed and conceived planning in cooperation with the client. These considerations are then transformed into architectural plans and construction plans forming the renovation concept, the feasibility of which has been proven by calculations. During this phase of planning all necessary legal and technical regulations are taken into account and the plans are developed in accordance with the client to give him or her utter satisfaction.

A general planning of the work is always the first phase of construction, which is supervised by our employees even after it has been put into practice and until the measure has been completed. The different phases include individual planning with alternative solutions, which finally allows a realistic demonstration of results and therefore a correct evaluation of all costs.

Our drafts and work planning are drawn to scale by means of CAD, which are then submitted for acceptance and official authorization in visually and technically correct form, together with other necessary documents. In addition to this, we can support our customers in developing specifications or gathering comparable quotations. We will be pleased to support our customers in examining and evaluating quotations and making up a price comparison list.

Comprehensive supervision of the building process, while different measures are being carried out, rounds up our range of services. This kind of supervision also includes consultancy for the creation of time schedules and the checking of site measuring and invoices. Aside from the actual building project, we also carry out qualified technical inspections of all performances, as well as detections of possible defects and the supervision of their correction.
